Tag is a minigame in Season 10 invented by Grian in his Season 10 Episode 38 as a sequel to Multi-Tag. The game is most similar to the original Tag from Season 6. The game lasts until all but one player is Out. The game started on June 3, 2025.

The tag has the following description attached to it:

You have been TAGGED. In your last episode, I appeared in it holding this tag and you didn't notice. You now have to pass it on by having it appear in another persons video. If you are tagged 3 times, you are OUT!

Rules[]

Grian officially outlined the Tag rules in his Season 10 Episode 40 as follows:

  1. To tag someone, you must show them the "TAGGED" item in someone else's video without them noticing. It must be discernable.
  2. If the hermit notices DURING your attempt, it is void. You may only attempt to tag an invidiual 3 time[sic][1] per video.
  3. If you attempt to tag someone during a group recording, you must declare BEFORE who you are trying to tag.
  4. If you notice you have been tagged in editing, it is TOO LATE. Please include it in your video and collect your tag.
  5. Please remove a life from your chart when you have been tagged.

He also outlined the following additional "fine print":

  1. There are currently: 3 tags in play.
  2. Rules are subject to change.
  3. If Twitch chat notices, but the streamer doesn't [initially], then it's a TAG.
  4. Also chat try not to spoil it!
