Soup Group (unofficially Soup Crew or Stew Crew) is a team in season 9, whose members are GeminiTay, ImpulseSV and PearlescentMoon. It was formed at the beginning, when they went together to a dark forest, to get some mushroom stew as the first food source. They decided to stick together and create bases next to each other, first with their starter bases in Spawn Town and later with their mega bases, creating Land Of Soup.
The group also had some activities and adventures together, like exploration of the End and an Ancient City. They stuck to the tradition from day one, to always use soups as the main or only food source. During King RenTheKing's Reign ImpulseSV started resisting against the King and the rest of Soup Group followed him.
The Soup Group lasted until the end of Season 9.

Soup Group Formation[]
Right at the beginning of Season 9 most Hermits started the game by chopping the birch forest next to the spawn, to get the wood and first tools. During it GeminiTay, ImpulseSV and PearlescentMoon teamed up. When GeminiTay asked about getting a food source, PearlescentMoon suggested a mushroom stew, as she noticed a dark forest near the spawn. They all agreed and went there. In the forest they chopped some more wood and got some brown and red mushrooms from big mushrooms. When ImpulseSV tried to craft some bowls, he accidentally made boats, wasting most of his wood. GeminiTay gave him more planks and he finally managed to craft mushroom stews.
As they got their food supply they started to chop more dark oak wood. They also pointed out that they need spruce wood, so when they noticed spruce trees further west, they decided to go there. As soon as they reached the trees, ImpulseSV noticed a Woodland Mansion nearby and asked the others if they should raid it straight away. GeminiTay was enthusiastic, because she wanted to get bookshelves, but PearlescentMoon was against this idea. GeminiTay suggested to check through the window first to see if there are any hostile mobs inside before entering. ImpulseSV got the idea to use his boats to capture Vexes. PearlescentMoon finally agreed to go there, but she was still sure they would die there.
Before going to the mansion they decided to gather some resources. On the way to the cave PearlescentMoon was attacked and killed by a zombie. She respawned back at spawn. There she met ZombieCleo, who decided to go with her to the mansion.
In the meantime, GeminiTay gathered iron for shields and ImpulseSV got wool for beds, and made more boats.[1]
Vandalising of King Ren's statue[]
In Season 9, the Soup Group vandalized King Ren's statue above the Hermit Quests and changed it back to Rendog's original skin. The group then made the statue hold two bowls of soup, one in each hand, and placed their heads in the two bowls of soup. In retaliation, GoodTimesWithScar 'hotguy'-ed ImpulseSV and gave his head to King Ren, who placed it on his throne's armrest.

- In the thumbnail of ImpulseSV's episode 37 was included a flag of the Soup Group, in the form of minecraft beetroot soup on the purple background.
- ImpulseSV, when building his cyberpunk market in Season 10, started with a soup shop because he missed the Soup Group.[2]
