Skizzleman, also known as MCSkizzleman or simply Skizz, is an active Hermit who joined in Season 10. He has 200,000 subscribers.[note 1] Prior to joining, he participated in Hermit Quest Season 1 and was a member of the The Life Series. He is a member of the ZITS Crew alongside Zedaph, ImpulseSV, and TangoTek; also Team BEST alongside BdoubleO100, EthosLab, and TangoTek. Season 9[]
Skizzleman was invited onto the server as part of the Decked Out 2 guest event, where he was mentored by BdoubleO100.
Season 10[]
Skizzleman's starter base, located at the entrance of "Skizz’s Crack".
Skizzleman joined Hermitcraft as an official member in Season 10, alongside SmallishBeans. Skizzleman started the Co-op Caving Expedition in a team with ZombieCleo, Docm77, TangoTek and VintageBeef. He later settled on Magic Mountain with the Magic Mountain Crew, and built a starter base out of warped wood and deepslate in a cave/ravine in the mountainside, referred to as "Skizz's Crack".
Skizzleman was a active player in the game of Mission Possible, a server wide minigame, by completing tasks and winning multiple prizes.
Base[]
Starter Base[]
Skizzleman built his own home into a cave/ravine intersecting with the Magic Mountain. It is a tower-like building with a giant "S" on it, sunken into the wall of the mountain. His starter base consists of four rooms: the entrance room, the WOE room, and storage room, which leads into a room with his nether portal.
The staircase leading into the house comes from the floor of the entrance room. The room used to consist of a memorabilia wall, but the items were stolen by snails. The items were all gifts or donations from the other hermits.
The room to the left is the WOE Room, or the Wall of Explanation Room. He made it to explain to his viewers what is going on in his life. On one of the walls, there are signs that state, "Wall Of Explanation Even Though I'm Sure It's Not Needed Because You're All So Awesome, Supportive, and Patient So Thank You Again For Understanding." or WOEETISINNBYASASAPSTYAFU for short.[3]
The room to the right is Skizzleman's storage room and is modeled after ImpulseSV's storage room in the PixelPulse Valley. The back corner has a doorway into an otherwise empty room, only housing a nether portal.
Main Base[]
After finishing his starter base, he began the construction of a pyramid based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs in an 85x85-block plot across the river from his starter base. After building the first layer, he concluded that he had underestimated the overall size of the build and rebuilt it scaled down. He then terraformed the large cut-off edge with the help of GeminiTay.
The first floor of the pyramid corresponds to the physiological needs of humans, with water and powdered snow mazes corresponding to the need to breathe.
Level two is for shelter and security with upgrading shelter starting from a dirt pillar to a full 3x3 house.
Level three is for love and belonging where Hermits have to breed and name a fox.
Level four is for self-esteem where Skizzleman writes a paragraph about the Hermit.
Level five is for self-actualization where Hermits have to take a leap of faith and get launched up and out the top of the pyramid.
Shops[]
Big Wood[]
As the owner of the Cherry and Mangrove wood Permit, Skizzleman is part of the wood collective on the server. The wood collective sells the logs in Big Wood, a shop in the shape of a hourglass slowly filling with sand from Doc's profits. Before moving into the aforementioned building, Skizzleman sold his products from a temporary establishment, the Skizzleman's Cherry and Mangrove Shop.
Snowfall[]
A shop selling snow and powdered snow built by Skizzleman. Inside the shop there is a hidden path made out of powdered snow. The path is the exact same as in his pyramid. This shop used to be an igloo with a snowman inside, where customers had to shovel the snow themselves in order to buy it.
Big Salmon[]
Skizzleman and VintageBeef orchestrated a series of pranks and general mischief against Docm77 under the guise of "Big Salmon", including killing one of Docm77’s villagers and later filling his hourglass with water and a big salmon with the help of ZombieCleo.
Poe-Poe[]
Skizzleman was appointed by Grian to be a "permit office enforcer" or "POE" along with GoodTimesWithScar. Their duties consisted of warning players when their shops were out of stock, or not meeting Season 10 Shopping District standards. He ran the Pop Up Purge event with GoodTimesWithScar and Grian, where they took down any pop up shops still in the shopping district.
Miscellaneous[]
Lawyer[]
Skizzleman participated in the first court case in Tall Claims Court as the lawyer of ZombieCleo, opposing Docm77 and his lawyer JoeHills, with BdoubleO100 as the judge. The court case was held over the act of Docm77 killing ZombieCleo's beloved pig, that was launched above build height earlier in the season, causing her emotional distress. He and ZombieCleo ended up winning the court case, with BdoubleO sentencing Docm77 to live in the sky for two weeks, with another week added on if he touches the ground. Doc was given a chest of helpful items to start by ZombieCleo.
Snails[]
Skizzleman had a wall of memorabilia, items he had been gifted along the season, stolen by a pair of snails. They had made a parkour gauntlet build in TangoTek's airship for Skizzleman to go through in order to save the aforementioned items, and had Grian and GeminiTay assisting Skizzleman.
The snails also moved the top of his pyramid to the front of TangoTek's airship.

Outside Of Hermitcraft[]
Skizzleman is a long-time IRL friend of ImpulseSV. Together they run Imp and Skizz, a YouTube channel created in April 2020 to host their collaborative series, including Skyblock and the no armor hardcore series Naked and Scared. He participated in Season 2 of the Legacy SMP alongside former Hermit PythonGB and current Hermit PearlescentMoon. He has also participated in 5 of the 6 seasons of The Life Series, alongside a number of Hermits.

ImpulseSV and Skizzleman have a podcast titled "Imp and Skizz Podcast", which consists of them discussing a wide variety of topics including personal life stories, inspirational life messages, general chitchat, and more. Skizzleman used to frequently stream with impulseSV and TangoTek. He was a regular participant in their Friday night Among Us streams with EthosLab and PearlescentMoon, among others.
Skizzleman has participated in MCC twice. First, in the premiere of season 4 as a part of Pink Parrots, along with TangoTek, impulseSV, and EthosLab.[7] The second time in MCC Twitch Rivals San Diego 2024, as a part of Yellow Yaks along with impulseSV, Fruitberries and Hannahxxrose, in which they managed to get into Dodgebolt, the final game of the event, but losing to the opposing team in the end.
Trivia[]
- Footage of impulseSV inviting Skizzleman to join Hermitcraft was included in the intro of Episode 79 of the Imp and Skizz Podcast.[8] The invitation took place shortly before the recording of Episode 54, released in August 2023.[9]
- Skizzleman used to intentionally cut off screams from his videos.
- He plays with an inverted mouse due to having flown helicopters in Battlefield 2 with impulseSV, who also plays with inverted mouse.
