The Sales Shop[2] (also known as the Sales Office) is a community building/shop in the Season 10 Shopping District which allows Hermits to sign up and receive trophies for earning diamonds in sales.

Hermits can buy the 100 diamond trophies at the location, however all the other ones will be delivered using the Mail Delivery System.[3] They will also be able to directly send the diamonds for the trophies into the Sales Shop as EthosLab has already set up a mailbox inside of the building.[4]
