The Recycling Factory[1] (called TCG Recycling Factory by VintageBeef[2]) is a building made by PearlescentMoon in the Season 9 Shopping District, to collect empty TCG packs that Hermits do not need, in exchange for a random card or token (one reward per ten packs). The recovered packs are used by VintageBeef for further sales of TCG cards in his TCG Shop.
When MumboJumbo built The Diamond Button, the Recycling Factory became the button observation point for Hermits, as it is across the street.

To make an exchange, a Hermit must bring their excess packs and throw them into the pit, and click the button on the right (one button push per 10 packs). In return, they will receive a random TCG-related item that depends on what was input into the system and what remains.

- During Season 10 VintageBeef visited Recycling Factory on World Download to record there Hermitcraft TCG Contest segment for his Episode 14. During it out of curiosity, he used the button and drew Rare Stress Card.[2]
