OctoDrop is a Season 9 minigame created by xBCrafted in his 13th episode. It was an originally a prank built by Keralis as a part of Secret Fools Day, but xBCrafted repurposed it into a public game. xBCrafted delivered black shulker boxes with an instruction book, three slow falling potions, and an OctoDrop token (diamond) to promote the game.
Objective[]
"Slow fall through as many rings as you can and land in the bullseye triggering the fireworks. Red rings are worth 2 points, all others are worth 1 point."
Rules[]
- No Elytra
- 1 diamond per run
- Maximum of 3 runs per player
- 1 potion of slow falling per run
- MUST land in the bullseye
- Highest scoring run counts and should be added to the instruction book
- After three weeks the Hermit with the best run will receive all diamonds paid to the game plus more.
- In case of a tie, the 2 hermits will face off in an Elytra mid-air fight, Top Gun style, at GoodTimesWithScar's request.

Results[]
Keralis and Hypnotizd tied with a score of 14, and so competed in the Top Gun style Elytra battle at OctoDrop with xBCrafted moderating. The rules for the battle were stated as follows:
- Stay within the area around OctoDrop
- Don't go to the build limit height
- Best out of three rounds wins
- Don't kill xBCrafted, with a penalty of 200 points and instant forfeiture for doing so
- No helmets, per Keralis' request (although player heads collected from killing the other player were later allowed)
- No eating
Keralis and Hypnotizd started at opposite sides of the river and on xBCrafted's countdown flew towards the middle and fired at each other. Keralis was the first to die, but he was able to convince the other two to consider it a practice round. In the following round, Hypnotizd was killed, and although he tried to call it another practice round xBCrafted decided that both previous rounds counted toward the score, meaning whoever won next was the winner of OctoDrop. In an amusing turn of events, the round ended with both contenders dying, as Hypnotizd burned to death seconds after killing Keralis. xBCrafted ruled in Hypnotizd's favor since Keralis had died first, but the two decided to split the winnings.
