Hermits in official Minecraft games and media[]
- Former Hermits Dinnerbone and Marc_IRL and Guest Hermits Cojomax99, kingbdogz, slicedlime, and gnembon are all Mojang employees.
- Former Hermit iskall85 was one of the original playtesters of Minecraft.
- MumboJumbo appears in A Minecraft Movie, credited as an Auction Attendee and as a consultant.
- Grian partnered with Mojang in 2022 to recreate Corfe Castle in Minecraft, and also announced the building of a giant block on the official Minecraft YouTube channel for the 15-year anniversary.
- Guest Hermit LDShadowLady has appeared in many official media, appearing as an auction attendee alongside MumboJumbo in A Minecraft Movie, a character in Minecraft: Story Mode, and as a downloadable skin in the YouTube Creators Skin Pack.
- The 2025 Hermitcraft Charity Event For Gamers Outreach was hosted at Mojang Studios in Washington.

- Minecraft 2.0 was a joke update to Minecraft, originally only sent to a select few content creators. This included some Hermits:

- The Copper Crown is a MC Championship event at Twitch Rivals that was in collaboration with Mojang. In the event, Mojang awarded Hermitcraft the Heartcrafter award, dedicated to their passion and creativity to the game. Several Hermits participated in this event:
