TIME TO PLAY SOME TEGG! is ImpulseSV's eighth episode of Season 8. It was uploaded on July 18, 2021.
Plot[]
Upon receiving a request from another Hermit for a gold shop, ImpulseSV decides to create a gold shop. First he runs into Cubfan135, who is offering access to a powdered snow collective for the simple donation of as many iron cauldrons as ImpulseSV can donate. Since he has an active iron farm, he offers two stacks of iron blocks in return for a bucket of powdered snow. For his gold shop, he pulls out quartz once more, creating a hot air balloon that is only accessible via flight. He also sells blackstone inside, but dies to a magma cube in the process of stocking it while AFK at the gold farm.
Next, he decides to finally join the game of Tegg, searching Iskall85’s tower and reading the clues about Tom and Jerry, which will eventually free the egg, but he fails to piece the clues together, writing them off as nonsense. He brute forces the second-to-last puzzle, dropping the egg down the first drop. He also brute forces the painting hallway, dropping the egg again. He tries to brute force the Tom and Jerry puzzle, then attempts to figure out the clues, but again brute forces it in the end, collecting the egg and trying to reverse-engineer the coloured answers. Now that the egg is in his possession, he has 24 hours to protect the egg.
Next he heads to the Yes Wings Club, where Welsknight has apparently had a change of heart and has completely redesigned the base. Now, he hopes to build a grey-and-black base, and ImpulseSV proposes a wither rose farm to create black dye rather than ink sacs.
