iEnchant is a shop owned by ImpulseSV in Season 9 that takes orders for enchanting gear early game and is located in Hermit Town. Instead of having a fixed price, clients negotiate with ImpulseSV for a price. It is inside of his starter base and is separated from the other rooms. There is one door that goes to the rest of his base, and another that goes to a room labeled "Employees Only", which is the place where ImpulseSV enchants the Hermits' items.
