Hypnotizd, known as Hypno for short, is a Hermit who joined in Season 1. He also manages the Hermitcraft website and rejoined in Season 7. As well as playing on the Hermitcraft server, he also plays Minecraft modpacks such as Project Ozone. He has 401,000 subscribers. His most viewed video is StoneBlock - NOT SKY BLOCK [E01] (Modded Minecraft).

Season 1

Hypnotizd joined at the very beginning of Season 1 and is one of the seven original members (Hypnotizd, Kiershar, Xisumavoid, Red3yz, Biffa2001, 777static777, Sokar) invited by Generikb. He had a house in the spawn town next to Biffa2001, which was made out of wood. However, the structure was taken over by KingDaddyDMAC. His initial project in Season 1 was a village on an island which he had began to turn into a series of custom villager houses, as well as an iron farm at one end. JoeHills pranked the island by building a UFO over it, similar to others that he had built, a prank the was never cleaned up. His main base on the season was a large Aztec style pyramid built out of stone and grass blocks, which he changed to emerald in a creative world for an April Fools video. During one point in this season, he got tired of being so far away from the other members of the server, and built a campsite outside of KingDaddyDMAC's base.

Season 2

Hypnotizd was present for the beginning of Season 2, and claimed a plot at the edge of Old Hermiton, building a large rectangular house with a custom interior. However, this build was accidentally burned down and later rebuilt by Pungence and Skyzm during an attempted prank. His base on the season was a series of underground levels with a series of roman style towers on each of the four corners of the exterior. The build was pranked by Xisumavoid and FalseSymmetry close to the end of the season. He had a house in New Hermiton which was a Tudor style cottage with multiple basement levels. He had a shop that sold random items that was made to look like a village house. He had intended on rebuilding the shop but this never happened. He won the Abba Caving Tournament but had to go to court to obtain the stolen winnings from Pungence and Skyzm.

Season 3

Hypnotizd returned to vanilla Minecraft for the start of Season 3, where he claimed an area in Hermit Hills behind ZombieCleo. He built an inlet in a mountain out of diorite and a bridge that connected to the main area. Early on in the season, he claimed an ocean monument in a remote corner of the map, not too far from Sl1pg8r's base. However, he had only began work on remodelling it before getting burnt out and leaving the season.

Season 4

Hypnotizd was briefly seen at the beginning sequence of Season 4, but, like Monkeyfarm who was also seen there, he never made any videos. He and Jessassin shared a starter base area, where they argued over who was the rightful owner of Jessassin's chest and furnaces and both of them being confused by 1.9 mechanics. Nothing they created on the server still exists.

Season 7

After returning from two seasons of inactivity, Hypnotizd set up base this season on a number of islands and upon realizing that the islands were actually smaller than the world seed suggested, he decided to expand the islands to what the biome size was supposed to be using the F3 description. He made the smaller islands into tropical islands by creating custom palm trees as well as adding a lot of foliage to them. On his 28th episode he decided to build a giant boardwalk by the ocean and added a number of buildings that hosted some aquatic life.

Shops

Hypnotizd created two shops. The first was The Diamond Store, where he sold a variety of items for just one diamond. He later put podzol outside of the shop and added DIY podzol packs to the store, due to him being part of the Podzol Party. He also built his Trident Shop where he sells loyalty, channeling tridents, riptide tridents and nautilus shells. This shop was originally located near the Town Hall, but Grian offered to buy up his land for a barge expansion so it was relocated between The Diamond Store and Stressmonster101's Season 7 Glass Shop.

After purchasing some podzol from Podzol Plus to refurbish The Diamond Store, Hypnotizd is tracked down by VintageBeef and recruited into the Podzol Party. Hypnotizd and VintageBeef built the Podzol Party headquarters (P.P. Cabin) in a spruce forest. While breeding mooshrooms, he accidentally gets a rare brown mooshroom. The Podzol Party then decides that this would be the perfect mascot for them.

Hypnotizd started his season a bit late by building a small house on the side of the cliff near spawn. Inside is a bedroom, work station and stairs to the attic where he has made an enchanting station and a small storage system. He has high terraced walls surrounding his house and a small garden. He also created a basement with several farms like sugar cane, crops and nether wart.

Main Base

Hypnotizd moved out to a taiga near xBCrafted's main base, where he plans to build his mega base. So far he has created a pathway from his portal to the outside, a skeleton farm, iron farm, super smelter and bee farm.
