VintageBeef, or simply Beef, is a Hermit who joined partway through Season 4. In the beginning of Season 5, he formed the NHO with Docm77, EthosLab, and BdoubleO100. He and Keralis (along with former Hermit Sl1pg8r and Mindcracker PauseUnpause) also form the Pojkband. He and EthosLab are two thirds of Team Canada, with PauseUnpause as the third member. VintageBeef participated in Hardcore Hermits Season 2, Hermit Quest, Hermit Quest: Rifts, Hermit Wars, and Foolcraft Season 2 and has amassed over 1,550,000 subscribers.[1] His most viewed video is Steve vs. Steve - A Minecraft Rivalry - EP01.
He also does mod reviews for popular mods such as Minecraft Pokémon, Building a Zoo, etc.

VintageBeef joined Hermitcraft halfway through Season 4. VintageBeef had a Martian base, taking inspiration from the movie The Martian. He had a small prank fight with Iskall85 over diorite. In his last episode of Season 4, VintageBeef got help from MumboJumbo on a redstone door that he had at his base.

VintageBeef joined the new season on the starter island alongside the other Hermits. Early in the season, he began leaving small pranks at several of the Hermits' bases: he built a goat head at Docm77's mansion and a Woody Woodpecker statue at Iskall85's Omega Tree. He also left a llama at EthosLab's Monstrosity.

Hacienda and beach village[]

VintageBeef began his season by turning an abandoned desert village by the ocean into a living and inhabited beach village with stalls, a lighthouse and a fishing boat. He expanded this later to include a Hacienda for himself on a hill overlooking the beach, taking the form of a luxurious and highly decorated beach villa with sandstone walls and an orange acacia roof. Ownership of the Hacienda and village was temporarily transferred to Iskall85 after the HCBBS, however VintageBeef regained ownership shortly afterwards.
Three Fox Hole[]

Upon completing the Hacienda, VintageBeef began a second base to the north of the map called Three Fox Hole. This was a cyberpunk city with dark buildings and neon coloured lights. Ownership of Three Fox Hole was temporarily transferred to Iskall85 after the HCBBS, however VintageBeef regained ownership shortly afterwards.

VintageBeef founded the Podzol Party, and he and Hypnotizd are the only members.
Shops[]
VintageBeef's first shop of the season was The Bone Zone!, a minigame and sheep product shop. It is the first minigame of Season 7. He also has a llama shop named The Spitz and a music shop named Beefy Tunes (later Beefy 2nes after a remodel), which sells records, album cover art and custom-built musical instruments. He and EthosLab went into a partnership on a small custom note-block music store, Little Etho's Little Music Box. He also owns Season 7 Wallpaper Shop where he sells custom-made map art. VintageBeef made the Podzol Plus to recruit members for the Podzol Party.

Season 10[]
After the Co-op Caving Expedition VintageBeef settled down in the Neighborhood. He decided to live a peaceful life and built a white farmhouse as his starter base. VintageBeef later terraformed the terrain around it and built more buildings to fit the farming theme. Rendog appointed him as the "Minister of Maps" in the Ministry of Ministers and gave him the task of making a community map of the Neighborhood.
Big Salmon[]
Additionally, after the Co-op Caving Expedition VintageBeef also joined forces with Skizzleman as part of the Big Salmon. They act as the henchmen for the made up company[2]. They teamed up with ZombieCleo to prank Docm77's hourglass by filling it up with water and salmon.
Shops[]
VintageBeef acquired the Shulker Box Permit as part of the Hermit Permit initative and created a shulker farm with Xisumavoid's help. He made a shop called Shulker Central where he sells the Shulker Boxes. VintageBeef also helped xBCrafted in his commerce, by supplying for his shop Half Foods establishments and decorated the exterior of the shop with small stands outside, indoor plants and shopping carts. They consider themselves as business partners.
Furthermore, Beef used his basalt permit and created VintageBeef's Basalt Shop, a crane pulling basalt out of a large dig site. He also is part of the wood collective, having the Crimson and Warped wood permits, and had a small section in Docm77's "Big Wood" shop, even though he Big Salmon does not have a positive relationship with Doc.

- He once worked in a butcher shop, the inspiration behind his Minecraft skin and username.
- His butcher skin was created by subscriber Blae000, as a submission to the VintageBeef Skin Contest in 2011.
- He also formerly worked as a photographer, mostly photographing cars.
