Demise Dares is a minigame set up by Grian where you can complete challenges in exchange for diamonds. It is currently closed.

Totem Jump: Throw a totem of undying off a tall pillar of scaffolding, wait a few seconds, and jump off. Try to catch the totem and use it when you hit the ground.
Void Jump: Fly to -65 in the void and come back up.
Ice Break: You enter a 3 by 3 by 5 tank of water and try to break the ice at the top without dying of drowning damage. You are not allowed to use any tools.
Lava Tube: Fly through a 1 by 2 tube without touching the lava at the bottom.
