Carlos is a turtle roped off by VintageBeef on the beach separating him and Keralis, Finding the egg on the beach, VintageBeef surrounded the egg in black and yellow concrete, fences, and signs saying, "Caution! Do not Approach or Build!, Restricted Area! Natural Habitat!, Caution! Endangered Turtle Breeding Area!", and "Do Not Disturb Site!"
Keralis moved the area shortly after discovering the area, moving the habitat a few blocks over and recreating the defences, block for block, letter for letter. Until eventually, moving Carlos onto a floating platform and sending him into the bay, now with SOS banners above his head.
