So, for a little while now I've been experimenting on diff facial shapes for Grian that would better fit my art style, and I've tried multiple times and it just never looks right,

Recently I've gathered a million ss's from like, 5 diff animatics or smth like that as refs, but even then it just doesn't rlly look right :/

And I was today years old when I realised that I could literally just go to his second channel and find loads and loads of CANNON pictures to use, like, this is amazing!

A lot of the animatics and fanartist's renditions of Grian are rlly good, but they just don't look quite right to me, so me realising that there is cannon art of him, and it looks right to me, is a glorious find on my part,

I've watched all his phasmo vidoes, ig I just never paid enough attention to how good the thumbnails are lol,

But like, look at this!

All these beautiful refs that I can use, and I don't even have to struggle to pause a video at specific frames,

Like, this took me 2-3 days of on and off collecting as I had time, but I gathered the thumbnail ss's in less that half an hour

Hey! I'm new, am an avid crocheter and LOVE the Life series, so I decided to crochet a Grian. I've attached a picture of the doll, tho he's kinda wonky, lol. Anyways I love Bean the Brave's animatics on YouTube so much that I had to learn to draw Grian and Scar just like she does, (also some others that I heavily referenced from 2 other artists(Melloz and Bayleaf) until I had practice traced enough animation frames to start getting the hang of drawing people in general)

*before people get mad at me for tracing, 1. I wasn't just straight up drawing over lines, it's more complex than that, (I'll explain if you ask) and 2. all was deleted as soon as I was able to sucessfully draw smth I liked on paper*

Etho wolf (ironic cause he's confirmed to be a cat person and not a dog person lol, might experiment with drawing him as some kind of cat later, but I still have only just barely figured out how humans so not yet

Tanuki Joel who is very very hard cause his face shape was never right no matter what I did and it's hard to figure out why because the only consistent feature in art is his green hair stripe and everything else changes like the wind and Melloz's style, while a really good representation of him, is really hard to learn from for some reason that I struggle to discover

Mumbo da Jumbo who seems to steadily be getting more and more grey hairs in game and idk why or what is going on

Firey Tango dude that is honestly just a big child at times and also I love the lil tail thingy that he is frequently drawn with

And last but not least, I just had to draw the scene from season 8 where Scar finds Grian afk in his base (struggling to decide whether I want to do Grian as a normal sized but short person or as this tiny lil GREMLIN that is perfect for mischief)

RAHHHH who should I do next???? (prolly won't do any hermit I don't watch cause lack of interest, I do follow around half of the perspectives tho, mainly magic mountain minus Skizz, lake group minus Cub, Zed, and Doc

Usually grian is one of the top builders on the server but it’s like… idk it’s pretty bad compared to his past builds or like… I’d feel like Mumbos base is under appreciated and grian is so popular everyone likes his build.

Does anyone know if there's any info about what hermits are in the different types of starter decks? like how there's different decks like the builder, engineer, prankster, etc. I wanna know because I wanna buy a starter deck bundle but I'm want to know what characters I can get in each deck type

Magic Mountain is going to be turned into a volcano, so as more of the inside is blow up our map of the residents will become more and more inaccurate. As far as my understanding went, the current image is the seed map with custom locations marked on it. How are we going to fix this?

This isn't entirely hermitcraft-related, but SmallishBeans is also in the SOS SMP, and Mogswamp hosted a talent show and smallishbeans and someone else (they had etho's skin on) did a play about how obsessed etho and smallishbeans are with each other and it was sooo funny!
