In Scar's latest and final episode on season 9 he briefly shows a book by someone called Rosie, he explained that they are a make-a-wish kid and gave him some cards but they were so op that Tango had to take them away.

The thing is I cant find anything about this online or here. is this a completely new thing thats only just been revealed or was this common knowledge
